3. Account Rules

Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means providing any identity documents requested by our team. This is a one-time process and once your account is verified, future withdrawals are processed without the same delays.

General bonus conditions that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings from it can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not claimed or used within the stated period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
